When Mexican soap star turned international star, Salma Hayek, got engaged two years ago I wrote an article about Salma on my then blog, the Paris Traveler. Her fiancé, who’s also the father of her daughter, Valentina Paloma, is none other than French billionaire and business mogul, François-Henri Pinault, whose family happens to be one of the wealthiest in France.
I applauded Salma at the time for her decision not to move to Paris, but instead to continue her life in Los Angeles because of her career as a film actress/producer/director. Her companies Ventanazul/Ventanarosa

The two, nonetheless, have been maintaining a low-key relationship since autumn which resulted in them getting back together and getting married on Valentine’s Day in Paris. The couple exchanged vows at the town hall (mairie du 6e arrondissement de Paris). Salma wore a white gown holding a bouquet of red roses. Her mother and brother were among the small gathering of guests invited to the ceremony.
Maya Muses: Salma may be spending more time in Paris afterall, but it’s not like that’s something hard to do!

…..and to a billionaire to boot!!! Oh well, if Salma couldn’t get a billionaire - who could?! Afterall, she’s no Ugly Betty!!!
