Well,did it?
Or are you still sitting there?
Maybe, you need to sit there a bit longer?
What do I know?Not much!…

The dog is quite cute….
I got a cat over the weekend.. well I rescued her from inside a car engine. she#s in bed with me right now… I guess she got smart and realised that it’s nice and warm above the bed.

No, the debate did not get me off the fence since both candidates were sort of even. McCain did show several times where Obama’s judgements were wrong and Obama did say over and over that McCain was right.
I’ll see what the vice-presidential debate will be like this Thursday. As I’ve mentioned before, I am the opposite of Sarah Palin, but the hatred towards her by so many people makes me want to defend her, not on her principles, but because people are so mean!

Tina, I’m sure the cat is so happy that she found you and you found her! A bed is always a much better place to sleep than a car engine!

Interesting….
I am not following this at all…
But took two Tarot cards…
Got;”the Hanged man” and” the Chariot.”
Asking the question: What is going on?
You interpret it,you follow this more closely!
End of a situation which is stuck.
Learning to see in a new way.
The necessity of breaking through old behavior patterns.
Blindness to all which does not fit into the closed system of concepts.
Every new idea, every new impulse,is ignored or resisted.
But,even in the midst of this hopelessness wonder can occur!
The point has come where the naked realities no longer can be ignored to be seen…
There is nothing left but to face up to them and let go.
The giving up of willfulness and frozen ideologies leads to far-reaching transformation, freedom from narrow-mindedness and dogma.
A one hundred eighty degree turn.and the world can be seen from a new perspective!
Change for the good..
Before the start for new beginnings all possible consequences must be examined.
Nothing should be decided precipitously.
Everything requires exact examination and preparation.
When all the groundwork is done, the start should not be put off unnecessarily.
Much of the old will be left behind.
Hope you will be off the fence soon…..
I guess you are not alone sitting there…
You can see the cards as one for each candidate…if you do, they are pretty much even…
I think it will be all about how willing we all are to see new ways of dealing with the reality that we all live in…
We are all sitting in the same boat!
Why can’t we ,instead of seeing each other as
enemies, see that we do share the same world, and it is a precious world, is it not?
We all have the same needs, don’t we?
Why can’t we once and for all, choose to co-operate for a better world, instead of fighting over who is right and who is wrong!?
Sorry, but this is why I am not interested in politics, and such things…
Makes no sense to me what so ever…If you know what I mean….
Well,I may be naive…But sometimes I think ordinary people have more common sense than our so called leaders!
Gosh….Think I have to stop…Before I put my foot in something I’m not supposed to!
Night!

Very interesting cards you chose, because that is exactly what is going on, or so people think! You should ask the question, which one will win!
7 Mia // Oct 1, 2008 at 11:00 am
You think so?
This I can’t do….It is up to each and every one of us…
But I did ask that question and I didn’t get a straight answer…
It says; that the right man will win….
The only thing I get is the importance of realizing this:
*We need balance….*We need to change focus…
*We need to really face the reality we are living in right now…*We need to realize that we have the power, each one of us, to create a better world…*We need to understand that it may take a lot of energy to do so,but in a good way!…*We need all of us to reevaluate our lifestyles…
*To “clearing the clutter”,so to speak….
*We can start with seeing the truth in “Less is More”,for example…
It is about Justice, but that doesn’t mean to be Judgmental,or pointing fingers,or finding someone to blame…
No,it is about letting go….Of really facing what is…And change direction!Together!
To chose Love instead of Hate….
What does that mean?
As I see it,it means to see that we are all living in this world together,we are all one…
We have in our hearts the same fundamental needs…
To be loved,to give love,to feel love….
To be accepted as you truly are…
Beatles sang “All we need is Love”…
Many think that this is “too easy” and at the same time” too hard”…
But I see so many who live their life’s already in this way…
And I think we need to change focus to see this instead of the opposite!
Life, our world as we create it,can be heaven and it can be hell…
Hmmm,getting too deep here I think….
We need a lot of humor to realize that we live in the world of Maya!
Eckhart Tolle wrote this:
“The only actions that do not cause opposing reactions are those that are aimed at the good of all.
They are inclusive,not exclusive.
They join;they don’t separate.
They are not for “my” country but for all of humanity, not for “my” religion but the emergence of consciousness in all human beings, not for “my” species but for all sentient beings and all of nature.”
I think this is very true…
I hope we all could realize this and live this way…
So,all I can say…May the man that will “win”….
Realize and act in this way…

I think you said it all, but unfortunately not everyone has evolved spiritually to that level.
Some people are still looking for personal gain, for enriching themselves and their family and friends, and who don’t give a damn about anybody else!
Some people although they have more than enough are greedy and still want more.
Some people don’t care who they hurt, who they step on, who they crush in order to obtain their goal.
Some people want power and will do and say anything to get it. Many politicians seem to fall in this category…..not all, but many.
I see this more and more in Obama, the more I study his background. Yet, he has pulled the wool over everybody’s eyes. I think I have just gotten off the fence!
That doesn’t mean I will vote for McCain. I may not vote at all, or for Ralph Nadar just as a protest vote. As we’ve said before in other comments, politicians are all alike, some worse than others. Unfortunately for us, it truly is voting for the lesser of two evils!

Yeah,I guess you are right…
But for me this is just common sense….
Talked with Ulf about it and he said that it may be a natural way of seeing the world for us,so we think everyone else sees the world like this too…
But as you say, unfortunately this is not the case.
I do hope that whoever wins will open his eyes and become aware and use common sense!

I am dismayed to find my image used in your post here in regard to sitting on the fence. While I agree that it makes a good fit as to your subject matter, it is only courteous to ask permission, stealing others creative efforts, without even giving credit, is not nice, so please take my image off your post,
sincerely, om.
