It’s All Maya!

If Life is an illusion, then why do I keep banging my head against the wall?

Si la Vie est une illusion, pourquoi je n'arrête pas de me taper la tête sur les murs?

Matt Is Back!

August 7th, 2008 · 6 Comments

Matt dancing his jig!No, I’m not talking about Matt Lauer in “Where in the World is Matt Lauer“, I’m talking about Matt Harding! Talk about destiny!  Matt is back from another worldwide trip dancing his way through seven continents in his famous “Where the Hell is Matt” series!  Who would have thought when he first videotaped himself dancing, that years later he would be paid to travel the world and dance his funny looking jig?  He sure didn’t, but thanks to Stride Gum, that’s exactly what Matt has been doing!  This time, Matt not only dances, he’s invited people from all over the world who have written to him, to join him in the dance!

Maya Muses:  I’m jealous!  It took me 38 years to go to over 60 countries!  Matt has now gone to 80 in 5 years!  What globetrotter wouldn’t love to be paid to travel around the world and dance!?

    Wow,never hear of this guy!
Amazing….To come up with such an idea! And really DO it!

What impress me the most is, that the people who do these kind of things, see it as possible, there is nothing stopping them…even if others may think they are “crazy”…

Love it!What a way to see the world!

Actually Mia, he didn’t see it that way, it just happened. (That’s what I call destiny!) He was traveling in Asia and a friend who was taking a video of him said, don’t just stand there do something! So he just started dancing. The next place they went to, again he started dancing.

When he got home, he never thought the video would become so famous, he just posted it on You Tube and that’s where it took off. Stride Gum contacted him and offered to pay him to travel the world and dance, so, of course(!) he did!

After his world tour in 2006, people from around the world began to e-mail him telling him to go to their city or country to dance and asking if they could dance with him. This gave him the idea to go to Stride Gum to do another world tour, but this time to have people from around the world dance with him. Stride Gum loved the idea and that’s what he did in the 2008 video.

Ah….destiny! My whole life has been traveling. How I would have loved that to happen to me!

Wow again…Destiny indeed…but he acted on it! That’s what I mean with seeing the possibility…
Destiny can fall into your lap…but sometimes you are too occupied to notice…Well,I guess you would say that is destiny too, wouldn’t you?

Your life been destined to travel..your way…my life in another way…
I read in a book that we make choices all the time …but I think destiny DO play a bigger role than people are aware of!

It is about floating with the river of life..is it not?
And watch out to not get stuck on the way to the great Sea….

    Got to go make lunch!
Niel Young is singing in the park tonight!
Ulf wanted to go…no tickets left!He relaxed… a friend called and said that a friend of his wouldn’t be able to go…did he want to buy the ticket! So…
Make a wish, relax and it may come true…
    Yeah..life is amazing!

That’s right, believe, release and let the Universe work it out. The hard part for most people is releasing and letting go knowing that it will all work out.

I hope Ulf enjoyed the concert! Neil Young takes me back to my youth! I would love to sit in the park and listen to him play! Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young was one of my favorite groups, but I loved Neil even when he went solo and before when he was a part of Buffalo Sprinfield.

Okay, I’ll stop! That’s my problem I just keep on writing and don’t know when to stop! Haha!

You can’t stop writing? We can shake hands on that!

    Yeah,the Universe is fantastic!
You never know what you will be given if you have a little bit of faith!
I know from experience that it will work out..
But a hard part can also be to have the patience to wait…

I will be able to hear Niel Young from our balcony…I hear the music right now….but Niel are singing later!
I loved Crosby,Stills,Nash and Young too, and Buffalo Springfield!Still do!

Seeing all these people passing by,seeing their happy faces and hearing the music.. really brings me back to memory lane….All the concerts I saw!
The feeling on an ID concert, or an Innocence concert are almost the same!
I do behave like I was 18 again!
I did that on Bruce’s concert too!Still young at heart! I will never grow old in my heart!

Okay….will stop now! I hope the rain will keep away from Niel!It is hanging in the air!
