Maya Muses: It’s been almost 39 years that my dad passed away, but it doesn’t mean that I don’t think of him often. I do! I was lucky to have the most wonderful dad in the world and I miss him very much! He gave me a love for music and a love for literature that I’m extremely grateful for. We spent many hours playing our guitars together and talking about books that we had read….so many wonderful memories!
I want to wish everyone a Happy Father’s Day and especially to my father! I love you, dad!!!

Harriet, two years after my dad died, I still couldn’t talk about him without crying….I’m sure it’s still hard for you. It does get easier, but missing him will never change.
