Maya Muses: As I wrote last year, my “87 year-old young” mother is still full of life! When she’s not traveling around the globe, you can find her working in her garden. That’s where she thrives, down on her hands and knees with her fingers in the dirt! She must be doing something right because everything she touches grows; I say it’s the love that she gives as she nutures not only her plants, flowers, and fruit trees, but also her children, grand-children and great-grandchildren!
