I had never heard of it!

He said that a guy who opened the doors to some sale somewhere, were run over by a bunch of people and killed!? Is it true?

….or bang your head against the wall! Yes, it’s terrible. People were rushing to get into the stores for the sales and trying to reach the merchandise first before they run out, so one employee was knocked down by the rush and nobody helped him. He got trampled by hundred of people just stepping on him in order to be the first! He was killed and no one helped. The news reports on television are saying that many people didn’t know, but how can you walk over someone and not know that the person needs help?!!

They call the day Black Friday because it’s officially the beginning of the shopping season for the Holiday. It begins the day after Thanksgiving which is always on the last Thursday of November and stores usually do a good portion of their business the next day, so it’s become known as Black Friday.
