It’s All Maya!

Why is it that everytime there’s a high profile case, you have the vultures circling around ready to get the culprit off?!  It doesn’t matter what they think of their client, whether the person is guilty or innocent, as long as they see huge dollar signs in front of their eyes, they’ll do whatever they need to, to get the person off!  My question is, how do these people live with themselves?!  

Yes, I’m talking about the likes of Linda Kenny-Baden.  No surprise that she jumped onto Casey Anthony’s team!  Afterall, she defended Phil Spector in his murder case knowing damn well that Spector killed actress Lana Clarkson.  Sound familar?! 

Ms. Baden loves to twist words and manipulate facts to suit her needs; most recently insinuating that Casey Anthony is innocent just like Dr.  Richard Kimble, best known as The Fugitive.  Give me a break!  Unfortunately for you this time, Ms. Baden, people just aren’t buying it!  Casey Anthony is as innocent as Phil Spector and O.J. Simpson! 

In case some of you don’t know anything about the Phil Spector murder case, let me fill you in!  When Lana Clarkson refused Spector’s advances and she wanted to leave his mansion and go home, he shot and killed her!  Just the idea that Miss Clarkson “supposedly committed suicide” in Spector’s home with his gun is ridiculous!  Who plans a suicide at someone else’s house when you don’t even know if that person owns a gun??!!!  Besides, Lana Clarkson didn’t even know Phil Spector, he pleaded with her the very same evening that he first met her to go have a drink at his house when she got off work!  Furthermore, it doesn’t answer the question of why there were no finger prints on Mr. Spector’s gun!!!  Why would, or better yet how could, Ms. Clarkson get rid of her fingerprints from the gun when she was dead???

If Lana Clarkson killed herself, why would Spector wipe the gun?  More importantly, what happened to Phil Spector’s fingerprints when he went outside holding the bloodied gun to tell his chauffeur, “I think I killed somebody?”  Linda Kenny-Baden (along with the help of her husband, famed forensic pathologist, Michael Baden) got Spector* a hung jury and a mistrial, but what I want to know is, how do the two of you sleep at night? 

All I can say is, Casey Anthony needs all the top notch expert vultures she can get!  Circling the case along with the Badens are, Dr. Henry Lee forensic expert who testified in both the Spector and the O.J. Simpson trials, Dr. Werner Spitz well-known forensic pathologist, also at the Spector trial, Dr. Kathy Reichs forensic anthropologist, and Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky DNA expert.  These are just part of the team that Attorney Jose Baez has picked to defend Casey Anthony! 

Maya Muses:  It doesn’t matter!  It still won’t change the facts, and it still won’t change Casey Anthony’s behavior after little Caylee went missing!  All those experts are forgetting that “actions speak louder than words”!  They can say and twist the evidence all they want; the jury will remember what Casey Anthony was doing for a month while her daughter was so-called “kidnapped”!

*(For those interested in the Spector case, although the first trial ended in a hung jury, Spector is once again on trial for Lana Clarkson’s murder.  The prosecution has rested and the defense opened their case for the final phases of his second trial.  Let’s hope that this time justice is done!)
