  My brain is not awake for these kind of things!
  And it is two in the afternoon!
  I better go out for a walk….maybe that will help!

  Haha! I like doing this kind of thing. I use to make up bilingual crossword puzzles for a newspaper in Paris years ago.

  These brain teasers are common American or English expressions….so it’s hard for a lot of foreigners who don’t know English very well. That said, they’re really not that hard.

  I did figure out most of them….

  I like doing crosswords now and then….
  And did this Sudoko thing a long time…
  Good to keep the brain in shape!

  Time?

  Why does time seem to move quicker the older you get?

  Why does time seem to go very slow when you are standing in a queue?

  What is time?

  And why do we feel that we don’t have enough of it?

  We say we, spend time and save time,that we don’t have time,that time is money?!

  When we build roads,cars,trains,planes etcetera so we can “save” time…I wonder,why?And what do we do with all this so called saved time?

  Gosh!

  Time….
  Now I have Charlie Chaplin’s movie…”Modern Times”in my head…

  Once in a while it feels good not thinking about time ,but just to live in the now!
  I know,I know,our world would not function if we all did this….but sometimes you need to do just nothing!
  And by the way,how does our world function living after the motto “Time is Money”?
  Not very well…Maybe it is time for a change!

  Mia, here’s a poem I wrote about Time that fits into what you’re saying!

  TIME

  I am told that in reality,
  Time does not exist.
  Yet I’m a slave to it my whole life,
  so when I hear that, I get pissed!

  I get up when my alarm goes off,
  and punch in at work for gain.
  And if I want to come home for dinner,
  I better not miss my train!

  I watch my favorite shows
  at a certain time on TV.
  And I’m ready to go to bed
  when the clock chimes to me.
  If Time does not exist,
  then something is amiss.

  Einstein said it was relative,
  but I didn’t know his mom and dad.
  Mine use to make me sit in a corner
  for a long time,
  when I was really bad.

  If there is no Time,
  then explain to me
  why I am getting older.
  I would stay as I was at thirty,
  I would grab that Age and hold her!

  And tell that to the officer
  ticketing me at the parking meter.
  Or when I’m late paying bills,
  and they shut off my water heater.

  Now think about this,
  if Time does not exist;
  there would be no dates.
  No past, no present, no future,
  and then what about our fate?

  Does this mean there are many of us
  running all over the place?
  Living simultaneously -
  I’m afraid that might be the case!

  And what is this phenomenon
  where Time moves slow or fast?
  When I say good-bye to someone I love,
  the hours just fly past.
  They go by like seconds
  and I cannot make them last.

  And then when I‘m stuck in traffic
  or the checkout line at the store,
  minutes drag on like hours
  and I can’t take it anymore!

  So if Time is an illusion,
  and it really doesn’t exist.
  Then I’ve come to the conclusion
  that we’re all just masochists!

  I love your poem!
  Maybe we are..LOL….
  Well, at least some of us!Some more than others even!

  But I’m starting to see and treat time as art!
  And time are so much more fun now!

  I rather “spend” time than “save” time…Tomorrow never comes it is always going to be Now!
  Gosh…I sound terrible…I go spend some time somewhere else than here!LOL
